You don't have to bread these pork chops before cooking them in the air fryer. They are quick and easy to make and taste great. The air fryer cooks them just right, making the outside crispy and the inside soft.
Ingredients: 4 bone-in pork chops. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.
Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 375F 190C for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried thyme. Brush both sides of the pork chops with olive oil, then rub the spice mixture evenly over each chop. Place the seasoned pork chops in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. Cook the pork chops in the air fryer at 375F 190C for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chops. They should reach an internal temperature of 145F 63C for medium-rare or 160F 71C for medium, measured with a meat thermometer. Once done, remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious air-fried pork chops!
