Seitan pork chops. Would recommend.
Seitan 300-500g chickpeas, drained and rinsed 2 Tablespoons Olive oil 1.5 dl vegetable broth 0.5 dl Soy sauce, regular or low sodium 2 dl wheat gluten 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Brown sugar 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp cumin Preheat oven to ~200°C Mash chickpeas in a bowl. Add ingredients to the same bowl and knead to a dough. Shape into the chops and place on an oiled pan. Brush the steaks with oil and then place in the oven for 15 minutes. Turn and place in the oven for 15-17 minutes again. Done.
