“You will never manifest your dreams by complaining your way out of your current reality.” It’s day three of my 7 day #nocomplainingchallenge. Is it me or have you noticed that when you challenge yourself a real test comes? I’m officially, under the weather & my voice is completely gone. 🤒🤧 I haven’t been sick in over a year. 🤷🏽‍♀️ This is definitely taking my “no complaining challenge” up a notch or two. I made it through the first day of my 7 day #nocomplainingchallenge without falling off. It wasn’t because everything was perfect or even went my way. It was because I was cognizant of my words and thoughts. Trust me I had complaining thoughts but I spoke words opposite of the complaint out loud. Complaining thoughts will automatically happen in the little ways but the key is that you catch it & replace by speaking something positive. Comment below and let’s check in...
