There's a blog called nocturnaldesigns who makes graphics for themes made by other people and gets paid for them. And it's not even cheap commissions, they're charging a hefty sum for designing the graphics for the themes. I've asked them if they got permission to use other people's themes but they never answered.
I’m aware. I IMed them a few weeks ago ( well, their private blog, @mightybigpill ), stating that I didn’t want my codes to be a part of ANY commissions, even if they ‘only’ charge for backgrounds. But they kept ignoring my request, and kept charging people to make backgrounds for my themes, and they behave rude af whenever I approach them. So I am currently filling out the Tumblr Fair Use legal form. I never had to do this before, but I guess there is a first time for everything. I sincerely hope they get legitimately fined, and I am very grateful to you ( and all the other half a dozen people ) for bringing this to my attention. I truly appreciate it :)
