Hiii, Let’s get very real! This is me, no makeup, flaws and all. ✨💜 Everyday I wake up and think ‘ok today im going to do a tutorial on “ this or that” and then the day goes by and I keep myself busy doing anything but sitting down to film. 😩 I feel uninspired to wear makeup on myself. The uncertainty is hard to deal with. My sleep schedule is messed up cus I have a hard time going to sleep since there’s so much going on in my mind. If you can relate, here are 2 things that have been working for me. *Meditation: just sit still and focus on your breathing. Repeat affirmations in your head. Such as, breath in positivity, breath out negativity. I am enough. I am worthy. I will get through this. This too shall pass. *Journaling: I wake up and think of how I feel. I express it all in writing. It helps me reconnect with myself and be aware of my thoughts. I hope this helps someone out there. 😘 . . . Hola, ¡seamos muy reales! La incertidumbre es difícil de manejar. Mi horario de sueño está desordenado porque tengo dificultad para ir a dormir porque hay muchas cosas en mi mente. Si puedes relacionarte, aquí hay 2 cosas que me han funcionado. * Meditación: solo siéntate quieto y concéntrate en tu respiración. Repite afirmaciones en tu cabeza. Tales como, respirar positivamente, exhalar negatividad. Yo soy suficiente. Soy digno. Lo superaré. Esto también pasará.   * Diario: me despierto y pienso en cómo me siento. Lo expreso todo por escrito. Me ayuda a volver a conectar conmigo mismo y a estar consciente de mis pensamientos. I want to show you guys something. These photos are all unedited. No changes, no filter. No nothing. Do they look the same as the ones I post? YES. Why? Because I neverrr heavily edit my looks. The ONLY thing I do is up the vibrancy bc it doesn’t always transfer through camera. I also smooth out my pores some (we ALL have them). I may not get PR from indie brands or PR in general. But it’s not all about getting free shit. It’s about loving what I do and loving the transformation makeup brings.
