My Breakfast these days are getting less & less. I learned to eat enough of what my body needs and can use, rather than stuff up with excessive & unwanted food. No more bacon and rarely sausage links. Prefer turkey sausage. No more potatoes of any kind. I sub it with #tomatoes. I alternate wheat toast (no more white bread) with muffins. This one is blueberry. A cup of tea & water with 🍋. That is all your body needs to process & fuel up for the day until late lunch or dinner. U can always snack on fruits in between meals, if you are still hungry. To live a healthy & longer life, start managing of what, how much & when you eat & drink. At the same time, get moving to burn/use up those energy, or it will turn into unused fat/sugar. These small habits everyday will become the norm. You will loose weight. You will live a happy and productive life. You will save a lot of $$ on food/medicals for something else.
