How would you psychologically break Shizuo? (This is a serious question here for a plot point.)

His greatest weakness is his fear of his strength. He’s scared to hurt people he loves and would probably never be able to forgive himself if he snapped and injured someone really close to him, i.e. his brother, Celty or Tom, for example.

He’d probably also be devastated to find out he’s scared someone who initially trusted him, maybe even looked up to and loved him. He’d understand why they’d fear him, but it would damage him a lot and put him into a spiral of self loathing.

Generally losing someone who’s close to him is horrible for him either way, no matter whether he’s responsible for it or not. Say if someone else hurt his family or friends he’d be furious just as well.

What would Aoba do if he lost all of his memories of Mikado?

Depends on when exactly……?

Is it right in the beginning of when he approached him in the first place? At the beginning of their story, so to say?

He’d have trouble bringing back the Blue Squares and making them out to be a threat to other gangs in the first place, without having Mikado helping him out with the use of the Dollars.

I don’t think he would be approaching him just like that, if he literally remembered nothing about him and would think he’d be just an ordinary guy.

If, on the other hand, it happened while they still knew each other fairly well and were right in the middle of working together on the gang wars and what not, he’d probably roll with it. He can’t afford backing out, because he’s way in too deep for that from begin with, he understands that much. Maybe he’s going to have trust and faith in him, because he’d easily figure it was him who decided to approach Mikado and for whatever reason, it must’ve been one of importance.

Trying to recollect his memories or reliving them through having someone else, maybe Mikado himself, explain it to him would be an option.

Ideally, he’d stay the fuck away from him and not cause any trouble nor be messed with himself, lmao.

I am thinking about making moodboards for my fic. How do you make them?

There’s different options and trust me I’m no expert on them. I know some people use weheartit (which… is a website I really hate) but I, personally, use pinterest to collect pictures. I basically look for keywords or look for other people’s pinboards that are similar or meet the aesthetic I’m going for.

It’s not the perfect option though, I’m really bugged that pinterest rarely ever uses sources :/

I wonder what Kururi would be like if Mairu wasn't born with her.

Well Kururi and Mairu’s personality were built on each other. They developed characteristics completely opposite from one another to compensate or be a whole together, like puzzle pieces fitting with each other and creating a balanced finished picture.

While there’s no real evidence aside from Izaya saying he deems it possible (sue me, I don’t know the exact chapter of the novel, sorry T_T), I think it’s likely he played quite a significant role in shaping their personality through his influence. It’s revealed that he often had to look after his sisters when their parents weren’t available. So even with only one of the twins born, he likely would’ve messed around with just Kururi as well.

Maybe she would be as quirky as Mairu in fact, or maybe she’d still be really reserved. Maybe she’d have a split personality of both, maybe it would be something entirely different. The only definite fact out there is that you’re likely gonna end up all messed up if partially raised or even just being babysitted by Orihara Izaya, lmao.

See, my problem with that is, I always associate Minotaurs with Ganondorf from the Legend of Zelda and Shizuo isn’t that mean villain guy at all.

Just got another good idea: breaking the brother-sister complex. The little sister is obsession with her older brother to the point that she's jealous of his budding romance with his new girlfriend. Suddenly, one of his smooth playboy friends decides to seduce the little sister as a way to help his friend and the new girlfriend get closer.
