in a world where ren still lives in sei's body, but aoba still ends up with koujaku, he somehow ends up spending time with noiz/clear/mink(or not maybe mink just leaves forever idk) whenever aoba goes over to koujakus house to spend some quality time with the boyfriend.
even tho he rly wants to be with aoba, he lets him go and tries to get over his feeling for aoba. he sees how happy aoba is whenever hes with koujaku and decides that aobas happiness is more important and he doesnt want to take that away from him. so they just have a brotherly thing going on.
ren is p much still a puppy, watching quietly as noiz tinkers with some tech and obediently following after noiz when they go out for food or to watch a rhyme battle or smt. they just become good buddies and have a close relationship w/ each other. noiz acts bratty around him at times but it doesnt rly phase ren(he does get confused sometimes but worries about it bcuz oh no is he rly angry at me or not??) and he just patiently waits for noiz to get it out of his system and gives him a hug or smt bcuz hugs are great and it usually calms him down quickly.
(this could probs happen after aoba helps ren adjust to being in a human body enough so that he can go out in public with little difficulties. ofc the gang knows about ren and they help him out too once hes more comfortable with being out in public and stuff.)
they just keep getting closer to each other and ren is always excited to go see noiz (aoba is surprised that the two actually get along, but is happy that ren has someone to spend time with that isnt him or granny). he hangs out with clear every now and then but clear is usually busy trying to keep the alphas from causing any trouble so he doesnt want to disturb him too much. mink rarely visits, if ever, so ren decides that thats a lost cause and let mink be.
p much noiz and ren slowly get into a more intimate relationship with each other. hugs last longer between the two, personal space becomes nonexistent and kisses eventually happen. ren is always making sure that noiz is eating properly and getting enough rest. at first noiz is like 'wtf i can take care of myself ok. ur such a mom.' but then he gets used to it and doesnt complain as much.
like ren isnt rly shy around noiz, maybe he'll get flustered when noiz messes with him (which noiz finds absolutely adorable), but he just tries to be careful around noiz so he doesnt accidentally upset him or anything. hes like that at first, but as they get closer to each other they learn to understand the other a lil more and know when to stop when they're close to crossing a line that just shouldn't be crossed. silent acknowledgements and understanding of what the other is thinking/feeling. like whenever noiz gets rowdy, ren'll just hold his hand quietly and then noiz is just like 'whatever' and calms down.
noiz gets ren to loosen up sometimes too. like if ren's being a lil too serious he would just stare at him. theyd have a lil staring contest going on, when out of nowhere he just kisses ren(sometimes just as hes about to say something) and shrug, feigning indifference as ren gets flustered bcuz he just never expects it. and then he just walks away, grabbing ren's hand and leading him to some food place probably so they can get something to eat idk.
when aoba and co. realize that the two are in an intimate relationship they're all surprised at first. but they accept the relationship and let the two do as they please(within reason). aoba goes all brotherly on ren and likes to tease him about noiz(nothing too serious, usually something like 'oh, going out with noiz today as well?' or 'i wonder where you could be headed to today?' even tho hes one to speak mr.'i spend almost everyday with koujaku' seragaki hm hm). aoba tries to act like a big bro to noiz and noiz just goes 'whatever, old man' even tho aoba aint that old.
koujaku and noiz still have their lil rivalry thing going on, tho its probs not as bad/serious as before. they're both just dorks who like to argue a lot with each other. i think koujaku and ren would be on p good terms w/ each other. beni and ren are still bros(sometimes beni would runaway from koujaku to spend some time with his best bud). ren also gets along with usamodoki p well.
