So this morning I woke up super grumpy. Baby girl was up every hour last night.😥 Which means THIS momma is dragging her ass today. I really did NOT want to work out today... I managed to just say screw it and hit PLAY! #coredeforce of course kicked my ass. This video is the the #warmup lol I'm to embarrassed to show th REAL workout..
