So, here's the heroforge image of the nøkken in question

Essentially, the nøkken (or näkk) in other countries either do, or don't have instruments, and Garret here is no exception (yes, his name is Garrett) he's an instrument-less nøkken, more or less like the gill man or swamp monster of the näkk species
