On of my bar patrons came in last night and brought some fat shrimp and stone crab.. Asked me if I would make something for him while he went home showered and took his dogs out. From his attire daily it is clear he works hard for his living.. I had him some five star nola goodness.. Blackened shrimp over sauteed garlic onions and tomatoes with claw meat in a butter wine sauce with crustinis.. He said he loved it so much next time he is gonna bring something even better.. Awesomeness! Come on out and get ya some totilla soup tonight with tacos, bean dip, fresh salsa and chilli cheese dip..
