Nolan had met this guy, Diamond once before. They had a mutual friend that had introduced them at some party a few weeks ago. He had noticed him now at this party. He held his beer bottle as he stood in front of the smaller guy. “So.. I don’t see you around campus much. What uh... program are you in?” He asked. 

He had heard from some other people that Diamond was indeed gay, though he had definitely not thought that the first time they met. Nolan knew this guy was hot, but he couldn’t even imagine that he would be able to get with him.

Forest Life || Nolan & Di

Nolan had thought it would be good to teach Di how to work everything in the cabin. It wasn’t that he would need but just in case Nolan was away for some reason he thought Di should know how to use everything. It was proving to be a difficult task as Di didn’t seem very interested.

He looked over at Di, sighing lightly. “Are you even listening?”

Mountain Man || Closed Nolan & Diamond

Nolan, or Adaghan as he was once called, was not born on earth. He was created by the by the Supreme God Kayra and placed here to protect the mountains. And so he has for thousands of years. He has lived among the trees and the creatures of the mountains, living on the land, caring for it, and protecting those who get lost or hurt on the mountains. 

He was chopping fire wood when he sensed that someone was in danger. He had a connection with the flora and fauna of the mountain and they were telling him someone was in trouble, someone who was different that the other he had helped in the past.

Halloween Surprise || Nolan & Di

Nolan smirked to himself as he texted Di. He was supposed to be at a rugby game, and was going to miss the Halloween festivities. He had told Di he couldn’t make it but was going to surprise him. 

“I’m so bored. I had that I’m missing halloween with you.” Nolan texted.

Trying new things || Nolan & Diamond

Nolan shut the door to their place and locked it behind them. Things had slowly been getting better. They had been continuing to go to therapy together, Nolan had started going to therapy on his own to work through his own things. He had even started on some anxiety meds that would hopefully help keep him in a more even state. 

This weekend was Dr. Robinsons idea. A long weekend without the kids, specifically so they could work on intimacy and Nolan relinquishing some control. Her suggestion had been letting Di take control in bed, starting slow and working at it until they were able to have sex with Di keeping control the whole time. He turned to Di. 

“Well, I guess this is our weekend to ourselves.” He said.

Breaking Point || Nolan & Diamond

Things had been, sort of, getting back to normal. They were having to take Rowen back and forth to the hospital. They were doing tests to make sure that she was healthy, nothing was serious, and that it wasn’t some kind of autoimmune disease. 

Nolan was doing his best. He was trying his hardest to be a good dad and provide for his kids. He was struggling though. He was expecting something bad to happen around every corner. He was battling moments of complete nervousness and panic. He had felt like a complete failure after what happened with Rowen and he was avoiding anything that could take his attention away from his kids. 

He came home from work and dropped his things by the door. He had brought James home from school. He walked into the kitchen and grabbed a glass of water. “Di? Rowen?” He called.

Christmas Apart || Nolan & Di

Nolan rubbed the back of his neck and he finished packing his bag. He was going home for Christmas break. This meant he as leaving Di, who was also going home. He almost wished he didn’t need to see his family so he could stay with Di. He looked over at the other man. “So.... you uh... excited to be going home? He asked.

Shirtless Jogging | Nolan & Diamond

Nolan stepped out into the street. He was shirtless and looked behind him at Diamond. They had agreed to go for a run together, but it was a pretty hot day and Nolan was not in the mood for a shirt. “You ready?” He asked.
