I have created another drink with Nolet’s for here at Grant Gtill and the Lounge, the US Grant Hotel. This time, it’s with the Silver Gin. Taking an advantage of its floral notes, it is very refreshing, crisp and light with the addition of elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice and house made cucumber syrup. The syrup has so much cucumber flavor that it requires no muddling of additional cucumber. That makes it quick and easy to execute the drink.
