IOC declares that they are going to hold the Tokyo Olympics even though Tokyo is in the state of emergency due to COVID-19, and they say that we have to expect some sacrifice for the games. In Japan many people still have been suffering from COVID-19, dying at home because they cannot get the hospital treatment. Hospitals are at stake and medical practitioners have already opposed to the games. The vaccination rate is still way, way below compared to other countries,  and there are no sign to recover from the pandemic. IOC does not care about people in the world as well, since athletes from the world may bring back the new variants that are ineffective to vaccine to their home countries. How dare IOC says we, people living in Japan, should suffer our lives for just sport games. They have NO RIGHT to toy with people’s lives!
