I LOVE your sidebar, it's really neat! I think the text in your update tab is a little tough to read - I'd suggest a darker color and maybe a sans serif font? It's got a lot of great info in it though, unlike my update tab - I have no idea what to put there!

I've never really been a fan of the whited-out-until-you-hover-over-them posts, but they aren't too distracting in your theme.

I absolutely love the sidebar picture. If I had to pick something to change, I'm not crazy about the way 'Mish' itself looks. I'm not sure if it's the shadow or the bold or what. But yeah. Your blog is lovely.
