"Before"
Unfortunately, I am in the before stage. This is the week that I really start losing weight. This is the week that starts the rest of my life. Healthy eating, lots of water, and plenty of time at the gym. Currently 5'5 and aprox, 270 pounds. I have no idea this morning, I will update this later after the gym! I'm still in highs chool, so you now know that I am in fact very young. I'm obese. How unfortunate. People often assume that I am obese for eating unthinkable amounts of food and that I only sit around on my bottom all day. When in reality, I am a pretty 'fit' fat chick. I love running. I'm not on anyway saying that I didn't eat, because I did. I just ate at the wrong times. For a couple years of my life I only ate one meal, and you know that is fine, but the meal was dinner. It was high in carbs and I would be at home going to bed in less than 3 hours, so it was extremely necessary that I eat that way. My emotions play a big role in how I eat (like most people). Of course I ate when I was sad. But a lot of the times when I was sad, I would already be hungry and I didn't know whether or not to eat because I couldn't tell whether I was actually hungry or just sad, so I didnt eat all. So I let my body starve and i ate at the end of the day and soon went to sleep after eating. That is what got me into this mess. Now I'm going to slowing(but surely) dig my way out of this weight hole. Just a little insight of me (the person you are following)
My body is mostly torso, so my problem area is most my tummy. Even thought obviously my whole bod needs work!
