gamma con unfortunately was a bust (i didnt even break even), i wont be attending next year due to poor management and treatment of artists. not really sure whats going on with cons lately, but paying $300-600AUD for a table to be treated like we're nothing is really starting to get to me. its soo expensive!! and id like to AT LEAST make my money back minimum OTL

Pizza Tower didn't win the award for debut indie game? Well that sucks, but it isn't the end of the world to me. Honestly, the only thing I'm worried about is that this will lead the devs of Cocoon getting shat on and harassed for winning the award.

Sorry about lack of updates on my Mermaid and Fisherman story. I’ve been swamped with work as well as like.... half the electricity in my house is off so I’ve been juggling my sweet sweet extension cord time with stuff that pays me money XD

But when I’m back to having more free time then I’ll be picking back up on the story because I’ve only got 10-12 more pages planned since it was only supposed to be a Month long story

well. given that this blog wasn't really getting much interaction lately to begin with (ie ive been continually only drawing my ship from a niche show that ended months ago and was largely panned in eng spaces, im kinda used to the crickets by now) im not sure what the new change will actually do to my experience of this website. lmao

but if the reblog notes change is permanent then im probably gonna be prioritizing this blog a lot less......

i'll still keep posting art here, don't worry! this blog will still be handy as an archive/place to link back to from ao3. but if the entire structure of giving and getting feedback on this website evaporates overnight then i guess it's time to start thinking about other places again...
