My boyfriend and I took Tobi to pride today. Didnt get a lot of pictures because it was so crowded and Tobi kept alerting to my rising anxiety.

Dead ass this human who sits next to me told me I wasn't allowed to call myself trans (I'm non binary) because I don't have to change my appearance in order to feel like I'm me. Mind you, they're agender. They said it's not right because their girlfriends is male to female and she has to go through transitioning in order to feel like she fits in her body. And THEN they went on to say my disphoria is fake since I don't alter my appearance.
So like, now I'm scared of calling myself trans because I feel even more invalid than I did before.
That shits messed up. Now I'm terrified of dressing unisex because I don't want to get lectured again.
