Not looking for advice, just a small vent:

I don’t usually feel frustrated and self conscious about my body EXCEPT WHEN I GO FUCKING SHOPPING FOR CLOTHES. Dear fucking god. I may be fat, but I ain’t asking for much. Just some cute fucking bras and gray skinny jeans. THAT’S IT. If there is something in my size my options are so stupidly limited. Uuuuuggggghhhh. I hate this.

How you discovered D&D: i’ve known about d&d basically my whole life!

How long you’ve been playing: i’ve played it for years, however, i haven’t been in a game in AGES, so i’m a bit rusty— ;;

Favourite race and/or class: i absolutely love to play as elves or tieflings!!! bard is my favorite class, but i also love to play as druids & warlocks.

Favorite set of dice: it’s an all clear pink set, except for one of the d20’s is black.

How you discovered D&D: i’d known about d&d since i was a kid but my younger brother actually invited me to join in his friend’s campaign last year!

How long you’ve been playing: about 6-8 months? quite intermittently though

Favourite race and/or class: i loved my human ranger from my first game, but at this stage i don’t have a favourite race! i do really like rangers though! i’d like to branch out and experiment with a prominent magic user sometime

Favourite set of dice: a deep blue and purple set with gold numbers!

Best D&D memory: recently i was playing my brother’s campaign with his friends, one of which plays a suicidal 59 year old Goliath monk, and I play an easily influenced halfling ranger. this Goliath is always pulling pranks on people and well... my lil halfling got on board ! we went to a pumpkin patch and saw a figure in the middle of the field, assuming it was the farmer. the goliath had a talking doll and made it chant “the pumpkins will end you” over and over. i snuck up to the figure, planted the doll, and yeeted outta there cos she doesn’t want to get caught. but nothing happened? upon closer inspection the figure turned out to be a scarecrow! the farmer saw us meddling and chased after us with a pitchfork! i managed to harvest three huge pumpkins, about as tall as myself and hid in the nearby woods, and the goliath went about smashing them with his great club to stir more trouble. that’s only the tip of the iceberg but it was so much fun! i feel sorry for the pumpkin farmer but the halfling certainly doesn’t !

I know enough of the basics to get by, but I am fairly new to the game still so I’ll probably ask a lot of questions but I really try hard to remember stuff! If anyone is willing to be a bit patient to let me join that’d be great..!

Tell us about yourself! How you discovered D&D: I was introduced to it at around 13 but never really played it much mind. I played my first game at around 16 and ever since then I have been hooked!  How long you’ve been playing: A good couple years, but I still consider myself a newbie Favourite race and/or class: Tabaxi or Teifling for sure. And Blood hunter! Favourite set of dice: Any. I love all dice Best D&D memory: When I was playing an aarakokra (That is totally not spelled right) and I abused my flying mechanic to kill a orge who had wiped my entire party.
