I get that out manager wants our staff to jump on her band wagon, but they have every right to be upset that I've come in and taken a position that someone who's been there longer probably could've had. She says she doesn't trust anyone but us to have her back cuz she doesn't trust the rest of the staff, but I can see things from their perspective and I know it's not fair we were given the assistant position even though we're qualified. We're a very big advocate of the thinking that respect is earned and not demanded and it honestly feels like thats how our manager works amd wants us to work. But like how's that gonna keep the staff willing to work with us???
