Pimped Opinel No.4.
This is the smallest non locking Opi in the series of 3 that Ive just finished which also includes a locking No.8 and the folding saw .
I thought long and hard to match them all up or to pimp them separately and in the end decided to do them similar but each is just a little different as there's always a 3rd option .
Ive re profiled the tip into a kinda full bellied Nessmuk style as I wanted a full strength tip on these and it kinda matches up nicely with the saw tip profile , the blade and ferule were then etched dark in ferric .
The beech wood handle has been flattened on the sides ,sculpted and Ive added a copper lanyard tube before being dyed with black ash wood dye .
