Had my baby on 12/31/2022. It's a girl. Her dad and I named her Lucielle. I absolutely adore her and cannot wait to get to know her as she gets older.
That being said, sims content will return at some point. I don't want to make promises I can't keep so I'm hoping to play again in February. I know I should play now while she spends most of her time sleeping but all I really want right now is to hold my baby.
There was a tik tok saying that you're too comfortable with the musicians you're stanning if you're calling them their firstnames, and i agree when the artist has a stage name. But what am i supposed to call tyler joseph and josh dun?? little white dudes from Ohio or what??
I’ve been working on world building for a solid week now and im just tired. I have such a fear that i’m pouring myself into this work and that no one will ever read/like/appreciate what I’ve put my heart into. It’s exhausting.

Any other D&D players that make a character that seems fun to rp on paper but probably wouldn’t be?
I dunno who else watched it but there used to be a tv show called Farscape and it was amazing and it was on Netflix a couple years ago but it’s not anymore and I only have access to the movie. BUT THAT’S NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I neeeeeeed to re-watch ALLLLLLL of it, now. Right Now. I don’t have the DVDs of it and I’m about to resort to youtube clips and compilation vids.
I don’t know how many of my followers this will apply to, but statistically speaking at least one of you lovely nerds will be in NYC for Pride tomorrow. If you’ve never done NYC Pride before, please remember:
1) It will be HOT. It’s supposed to be in the thigh 80s tomorrow. Bring lots of water and don’t forget sunscreen. Last year I remember seeing stands set up where people could refill their water bottles, so keep your eyes peeled.
2) It’ll be crowded. It’s impossible to avoid them. Don’t feel bad if you need to wander away from the festivities to take a breather
3) Be safe! People are bound to be drinking and getting rowdy, and while in my experience I’ve never seen anything bad happen, that doesn’t mean nothing bad could happen. Be aware of your surroundings, and don’t put yourself into situations you aren’t comfortable with!
And pro tip - the prarade isn’t as great as people make it out to be. If you don’t want to watch, instead try going to the Pride Fest, which is a street fair with loads of vendors giving away free things to celebrate!
