Melty Blood (In a nutshell)

Guest character in UNI: Sion Eltnam Atlasia (Dubbed as Eltnum)

Original game release: December 2002 for PC

Premise: Acting as a direct sequel to Tsukihime, the plot follows Shiki Tohno and new character, Sion Eltnam Atlasia as they try to solve a new series of murders and track down Arcueid in order to find a way to reverse Sion’s vampirism.

Facts:

* This was the game that originally put French Bread on the radar and was even co-developed by Type-Moon themselves. * A HD remake was in the works but was unfortunately canned. Eltnum is a proof of concept.

The latest version of the game is available on Steam, I recommend you check it out. Just be warned that the netcode is aparrently terrible.

The Akatsuki Series (In a nutshell)

Guest character in UNI: Akatsuki

Original game release: Akatsuki Shisei Ichigou, 2003, Windows

Premise: Taking place in a post-apocalyptic WWII styled world, a soldier named Akatsuki, who was thought to be long dead, rises after being frozen for fifty years and seeks to destroy the Blitz Motors.

Facts:

* Subtle-Style (The developers of the Akatsuki series) now helps out with the development for UNI.

* The original release of Shisei Ichigou only had three characters on launch, another two were added in a patch.

The game isn’t hard to come across and the files can easily be downloaded. Try it out whenever you have the time.

Problems

I haven’t been able to go into uni for the past few days and I can only go in today (Wednesday). I don’t think I’ll be able to finish the Ozil and Saurez clips so I’m going to use the clips with half animation/half real clip. I’ll do a bit of work on them while I’m there and I’ll add effects using photoshop to the other two clips I made. Hopefully the final project will be good enough - this depends on the editing in my opinion.
