If you know me well enough, I'm not into baby showers and whatnots. Never had such things for my boys before. But yesterday was indeed a special and memorable one. A surprise by my in-laws that I least expected. Alhamdulillah. . I'm truly blessed and touched by these selfless individuals who never once judge me and would always pray for the best for me and my little family. Thank you Mak, Siti, Iman, Nurul, Akmal, Sofia, my husband and children for yesterday's baby shower. It was PERFECT. Small and intimate. Just the way I like things to be. May Allah bless your good souls always with wonderful things ahead. Amin. . This little girl inside my tummy is indeed a lucky baby cos she is loved even before she is born. We are all very excited for her arrival anytime now. InShaaAllah. . Being a mother has taught me to be selfless. To give without expecting anything in return. We wanted to put their CPF monies into an investment thas has a higher potential return as compared to leaving the monies in their OA accounts. So after much consideration, putting it in a property is a good move. Alhamdulillah. We can only plan so much, but all with God's will. . Why The Tapestry at Tampines? Next, is a record of transaction at The Rosewood Condo in Woodlands. I assisted a couple in their 40s to sell off their EM and convinced them to take a plunge in the private property segment. Managed to secure a spacious ground floor pool facing unit at Rosewood for $1 million! And we took action late last year. We bought it at $612psf.. . A couple of months later, transactions in that project went up, crossing the $700psf mark.. which means, just by staying there for a couple of months, their value has already gone up by $200,000!!! MaShaaAllah! I'm so happy for them because we entered at the right time. It's been an overwhelming week thus far. Managing the new house, new routine, the kids, ongoing renovation works, unpacking, handling technical glitches, enquiries from clients, work stuff, my growing belly, and so much moreeee.. Am doing my best to keep my head up high and my stress levels low. Hahaha. 😂 . Thank you to my clients for being veryyyyy understanding thus far also. Just feel like sharing my thoughts out loud today... You see, when I got married to Hisham and bought our first flat, some "people" commented. "Kenapa beli Masionette? Kan baru kahwin, kenapa tak beli BTO 4 bilik aje?" ... We kept to ourselves and continued smiling with our heads up high. Because only the two of us know the real reasons... . . Five years down the road, after many many challenges and experiences, we managed to create another milestone. And here we are, at the ages of 33 and 36, owning our first freehold landed property. Action? Trust me, you have no idea how hard we've worked for this. . "Kenapa tak beli condo aje? Atau 99 years ke? Kan murah sikit?" Again, some "people" commented. Takpe, we continue to smile aje for we have our own reasons why and we don't have to explain it to anyone. . We all walk different paths. We all have different stories to tell. My story is different from yours but that does not make me any better than you or otherwise. . . This man here, he brings out the best in me. He is always ready to take risks with me. He is aligned to my crazy dreams and aspirations. He is indeed my better half and my unsung hero. And I'm blessed to have him as my partner in life. Alhamdulillah. . Being in real estate has allowed me to surround myself with amazing individuals. People who exude positivity all the time. People who are truly happy when they come across another successful person. This, we somehow lack in the community. . What I learnt thus far is, never let anyone tell you how small or insignificant your dreams are. Don't be pressured what many have to say because they don't walk in your shoes and they don't know what you have to go through.. . Continue to have faith in Allah and believe that He is always listening to you. It might take yearssss before He grants you what you wish for, but Istiqamah is key. . Doa. Usaha. Tawakkal. Redha. Work begins at 830am at HDB Hub! Assisted my above 55 clients to sell their 4 room flat to fully pay a 3 room flat. Alhamdulillah.
