Creative projects far too often live trapped within the hearts and souls of those who adhere to society's rules of conduct. The inspiration behind this photobook is Lilith, the original succubus. To Nona Limmen, the succubus embodies a powerful, rebellious woman in her genuine, unadulterated strength and sexuality where tenderness and boldness thrive in coexistence. The protagonists in her book represent what she’s always wanted to be: independent, courageous, wise, sexual, and wild, refusing to conform to the mold of appearance and behavior expected of them.
