During the early periods of the pandemic, we tried ordering directly from mall restaurants & it was really stressful bec. riders are unwilling to go up to mall stores & pick-up our orders. For some time, our options are limited to those offered by food delivery services. Good thing restaurant's like @nonnasph took efforts to understand their customers' plight & offered curb side pick up as well as rider coordination. Our ordering exp. was an admirable & exemplary display of resilience & professionalism. Upon calling directly, they sent the bill & payment instructions via viber. Our orders were ready for pick up within 3 minutes from payment. We were updated upon pick up too. Aside from the superb service, the Spaghetti meatballs (Medio/995 php) & Nonna's truffle pasta (Piccolo/385 php) were delicious! The Nonna's truffle pasta (swipe to see closer) was so good we regret not ordering a larger size! As a birthday treat, they also gave us a free Raspberry Iced Tea 1L (165 php).
