CP值略大於前幾天貼的銷魂麵舖， 雖然也是一樣不是太過於親民，但是至少比較符合內容的價格， 也多了不少的小菜， 且餐點選擇也比較彈性！ 大家都愛套餐 麻辣牛肉麵 / 大辣 喜歡麵跟湯分開呈現的方式， 這樣感覺好像同時點了湯麵跟乾麵， 我還蠻麵條的軟硬度， 粗細程度應該算是粗麵， 有點手揉麵跟烏龍麵的質感， 是會彈牙的口感。 辣的程度選了大辣， 雖然說是大辣， 但是其實是舒服的香辣， 他的辣是在吞下後會在喉嚨微微刺激的辣， 但其實辣感很快就會消失， 是那種會勾人食慾的辣， 真的是讓人會一想再吃 也難怪店裡大多是上班族， 不是沒有原因的， 基本的套餐內還附上了鴨血跟半顆溏心蛋， 鴨血吃起來嫩度夠， 裡面也吸了滿滿的麻辣湯汁， 吃起來很夠味。 湯的話， 裡面是用類似火鍋的牛肉片， 但是比一般的牛肉片嫩度多很多， 有點類似雪花牛那類油脂比較多的肉， 所以一入口幾乎不用咬太久就可以直接下肚。 小菜 / 小黃瓜、溏心蛋 涼拌小黃瓜🥒吃起來爽脆， 微微的酸可以舒緩麵帶來的辣感！ 溏心蛋， 雖然外表看起來的顏色不深， 但是吃起來是帶有微微的醬香味！ 店址在壽司郎安排店附近 #spicynoodle #beef #Tainan #noodlerestaurant #hipster #cucumber #softboiledegg (at 放下麵子麻辣麵舖) https://www.instagram.com/p/B3TGhpxA_Rs/?igshid=1qq8moq00l8c6
