I don’t really mind it. Obviously if I did do something to warrant a message like that, I’d want to know what I did. (I don’t think I’ve done anything, but if I did, I want to know what made them send a message like that)

And that Samsung? I have one of those line of products (about 3-4 yrs old, but still) and would not recommend it. See if you can find a Canon Vixia in your budget, those are really good.

Less than $300? Oof. I’d start looking secondhand. You need a good mic as as well as a good camera. I found a pretty solid lav for $25 somewhere, and some 1080p camcorders are getting pretty inexpensive these days.

Microphone wise I'm pretty safe with my current one, once I stopped using the camera's mic the audio in my videos jumped in quality. I will look into Canon though.

Decent picture, decent Audio? You're looking at $2-500 easy. Not a small investment. Sony and Canon are two brands you should look at

But I don't know if the specs are good or not, until now I just used whatever camera I could get my hands on.
