Man was it a hot one. Got a quick shoulder workout in and 2.5 in under 24. Finished my two mile faster than Saturday. Still have a ways to go though. Never give up and always put you max effort in it. Late teens this circle was pretty empty, I had surrounded my self with people who would use me but could never return the favour, in a way I myself was pretty empty. So now fast foward a few years and I started working for the board and had joined oranj, that circle grew, its had a few changes and now I'm pretty happy to say I've found the circle of people who rally around one another to keep going farther and pick you up if you fell rather then push you down if you are one step ahead of them !
