re: the padded bralette thing, you can also buy little silicone bra inserts at places like victoria's secret and then cut open the lining of a regular a-cup bra and sew them inside! they're washer and dryer safe and you can choose the size/placement of the insert. also works with two piece swimsuits! I did it for years (afab, genetically only have one breast) and it was a lifesaver.

How do you voice train with a house full of other people and thin walls? I wanna follow YukkoEX's and FairyPrincessLily's tutorials, but I'm living in a small student room, and I'm pretty sure everyone can hear me talk, I don't know them too well, but they probably ain't the biggest fans of weird girlthings like me,

what i would suggest is perhaps wait until the house is empty or confine yourself in a more private/soundproof space doing it

also, try not to care too much about how others perceive you. you’re doing this for yourself after all ^^

As someone who is having trouble taking up space without asking for permission, any tips on how to help drive yourself forward and ignore the little voice in your head that tells you to stop/hide?

one thing i would suggest when dealing with voices in your head is try drowning them out with either a distraction like music or a game, or mindfulness exercises
