IDK why I laughed so hard at this, but I did.
I mean, nothing against Nathan for flirting. There’s nothing wrong with not knowing someone has a partner and you flirted with them, but the wording is... off. He didn’t mean to come on too strong, but still meant to? Wouldn’t anyone else say “Oops, sorry, I didn’t know.” and move on?
IDK, I’m just majorly suspicious of Nathan cause I think he was the one who hit Tyler.
If only it was written that way.
Okay, so for those who might be still confused, let me put this out plainly. Manny has resorted to stalking Chelsea and doesn’t feel sorry for it. In fact, he thinks it’s fair because she dumped him. He also thinks it’s bullshit that he’s being punished just because he’s on the football team.
This isn’t right, but the main reason I’m writing this is the same (I’m assuming) reason PB took this route in story telling. None of what he (or anyone else like him) is doing is right, it is not your fault, you did nothing wrong.
I’m getting tired of this. I would LOVE to see Abbie and Tyler or any couple, really, going through a rough patch, but we never SEE the full story between what Abbie and Tyler are going through. Sure, we know what’s going on, but whenever an argument breaks out, we either hear it after the fact from one of them (which is prob biased, but whatever) or we only get half the story like now.
And then the other thing, even though TSM is kinda doing a good job at making it both their faults and not their faults, is the story is making it feel as if we’re taking Abbie’s side. We bring her into our house and we hear her side of the story meanwhile Tyler is alone, hanging out and venting to Sebastian, of all people, instead of his best friends.
I missed getting screencaps of it, but having MC call her dad after Chris’ big thing with his dad was a very nice touch, just a really great moment where I could really feel for my MC. I loved that he called her ‘bean’.
Of course, Zack knew. I’m still holding out hope for EVERYONE knows and just wasn’t aware MC and Becca were keeping it secret.
