OK SO HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED - @marugame_udon invited me to NorCal for an influencer taste testing/promo type of event. I hadn’t gone to one of these types of things in a while so I figured why not 🤷🏻♂️ I hadn’t planned on going back to NorCal so soon, but hey, it’s always fun getting to see friends and I don’t normally yolo trip so this was a good opportunity to practice being spontaneous xD . Anyways, I book my flight and then like a day later the coordinator gets notified by PG&E that the power is gonna be shut off and it might not be back on in time 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Long story short, I didn’t get a refund on my plane tickets and the influencer event was cancelled ;-; LOLLL . BUT! It wasn’t a loss at all cuz I got to spend the day with @kobongxdan and @seraawr and also got to meet up with @rinapet again for some amazing food ^-^ Bummer things didn’t work out with the event, but I still had a great day :D also I learned how to play Blockus (Sera was apparently a pretty competition player at some point) . Also I think Marugame is planning to send me some gift cards? So maybe I’ll be going to one of the SoCal locations soon ^-^ .
