Cauliflower Congee #ctto
A healthy congee without rice!
My version
Ingredients:
Olive oil
Garlic
Onion
Ginger
Chicken
Drinking water
Cauliflower
Chicharon (optional)
Onion spring (optional)
Hard boiled egg (optional)
Procedure:
Grate the cauliflower into small pieces (to look like a grain of rice), then set aside.
In a casserole, put a small amount of olive oil and saute garlic, onion, ginger then the chicken.
Once the chicken becomes white and slightly cooked, add water (depends on how much you wanted)
Once the water is boiled, add the cauliflower in a medium flame and wait until it cooked. Then it's ready to serve.
You can put hard boiled egg, chicharon and onion spring on the top for garnish.
