Anti-aging diet: foods that can slow down age-related processes

Here are some helpful tips:
• Eat one fresh bell pepper, apple, kiwi or orange daily. So you provide the body with a daily intake of vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system and prevents the destruction of blood vessels.
• Consumption of 100-150 g of fresh carrots, boiled beets, celery greens, melon, pomegranate halves or 1 tbsp. l. buckwheat honey with nuts per day is the key to a good condition of blood and skin.
• Eating 100 g of raw or sauerkraut white cabbage, salad greens, radishes, stewed radishes, turnips, apricots, 5–7 pcs. almonds or dried apricots, you will strengthen bones, joints, teeth, hair, nails, improve lymphatic drainage (and therefore prevent swelling).
• A small branch of dark grapes, a handful of currants, blueberries or cranberries, a couple of tablespoons of raisins or 3-4 prunes will provide you with the necessary amount of antioxidants - substances that neutralize free radicals that cause aging.
• 2-3 cups of green tea a day, 1 small cup of red beans or low-fat dairy products, half a grapefruit, a handful of spinach will help detoxify the body and normalize metabolism. The complexion will improve.
• Millet, oatmeal, buckwheat or lentil porridge for breakfast, seasoned with linseed or olive oil, helps to strengthen the heart muscle, improve blood circulation, regenerate body cells and reduce wrinkles.
