1:Why did you start role playing?
About 6 months ago actually. I’ve been writing short stories for years, but had never tried rp. I’m loving it so far!
3:Is there anything challenging about writing your muse?
She has a dark history that sometimes frightens me. I grew up very sheltered and will sometimes find myself editing her responses to things because I think they’re “too harsh” or “too dark”. It takes effort on my part to just let her be herself.
5:What has been your favourite thread?
I don’t exactly have a favorite, per se, but I have really enjoyed the Red String of Fate thread with streetratmadexo, Tell Me You Can Fight with veiledreconnaissance, and then a number of threads (heartbreaking, fluff, etc) with leaderofthefifth. I also have quite a few that I look forward to writing with others.
7:What is your preferred roleplaying style and why? (semi para/para/mirror etc)
I prefer para or multipara. I enjoy banter and novella, but there’s a time and place for each of those. Banter is good for muses that already know each other and when the muns are just wasting time, but it’s almost impossible for me to really get into a conversation that consists of just one liners. Novella is fabulous for some AUs where setting the scene is super important, but otherwise I tend to think they go into too much detail that isn’t important to the story.
9:Is there a certain writing style or colloquialisms you have to use for you muse that changes from your own?
I tend not to write out accents. If anyone’s wondering, Jaya’s accent sounds like this, I will never write it out, however. I find it takes away from the meaning behind the words because the words themselves are being focused on so much. I, personally, tend to use a lot of similes that Jaya does not, so I always have to keep that in check. (just checked and for some reason that link isn't in english....*headdesks*)

17:[OC] What made you choose their faceclaim/appearance?
Honestly, when I first started creating Jaya, Frieda was automatically her faceclaim to me. It’s probably partially because I borrowed some of Jaya’s personality from characters from Slumdog Millionaire, although few traits from the character played by Frieda herself were used.
19:[OC] Does your character have any canon routes or is their background self created?
Their background is pretty self-created. She is simply a typical, broken human placed in this universe. She is no one special.
