My piece for the summer 2021 exchange held by @bokumonoexchange !
I saw Sherry and flowers , I had to I love Sherry so much, I hope this is okay I had a lot of fun drawing this for you! @norree
who are your fav m/m ships? 👀 would love to see you draw someee 💕
Ooh great question! The bar for me liking mlm ships is much higher than it is for wlw for whatever reason, so this list is kinda short. Anyway I love all of these ones, in no particular order:
Snake/Otacon (BIG time love this one), Brock/Rusty, Billy Quizboy/Pete White, ShoreLeave/The Alchemist, Hannibal/Will, Viktor/Jayce, Shane/male Stardew farmer, Garrett Hawke/Fenris, Harry Dubois/Kim Kitsuragi (SO much, I'm in love with Kim fr), Takakura/AWL farmer's late father (Takakura has tragic country comphet energy), Naruto/Sasuke (loved this one since age 12 so it's just canon to me atp), Oluwande/Jim, Dennis/Mac, Chilchuck/Senshi, Saitama/Genos, Mizu/Taigen (my personal interpretation is that Mizu is trans), and Guts/Griffith (I don't really ship this so much as I enjoy like.. how well done the toxicity of their relationship is portrayed).
7, 8, 13, 30! :>
Thanks for the ask!
7. “A medium of art you don’t work in but appreciate”
I haven’t worked with pixel art since I was a kid but I love it so much. My favorite era for it was definitely Gameboy Color through early DS games. Here are a few of my faves:
8. “What’s an old project idea that you’ve lost interest in”
I wouldn’t say I’ve lost interest in the sense that I’ll never go back and finish it, but I haven’t had the time or motivation to work on a short film I started a couple years ago. It’s basically a narrative music video for Rocky Raccoon by The Beatles
13. “A creator you admire but whose work isn’t your thing”
This is a tough one because if I admire someone then I usually like at least something about their work. Best answer I can give is Hiromu Arakawa because she seems very cool but I’m not a fan of FMA 🌝
30. “What piece of yours do you think is underrated”
Looking back through my files, I feel like I was really having a fun time with MTAP fanart, and this one came out very cute and immersive imo. Though I’m not even sure I posted it everywhere since I made so much art at once lol
a D&D sprite commission for @norree 🌬❄️
art trademarks: thick lines, warm colour schemes, and round/soft/blobby character proportions that I love :] almost gummy-bear like to me. I'd recognise your style anywhere, it's really unique!
Thanks! I definitely see the gummy bear comparison haha!

I love the bottom left one! Happy New Year!!
Thanks, you have a happy new year too <:3!
Some of your opinions on authors/historical figures are pretty harsh (not that they're wrong) have you ever since changed one? As in, do you ever look back at a comic and think, 'I don't feel the same way anymore'? I love your books, by the way. : )
Yes, for sure! But I think what happens more is that I realized that I would make a joke or a gag comic about one person, and it would be about a specific thing, and I would be trying to get the humour out of it, so it would needle at this one thing. To a reader, this might look like I only had one opinion about the subject, and that was it. One joke, one comment, one opinion, no nuance. If the joke was a crass one, then even more do. So I started trying to put more and more into the comics, to present a more rounded version of the subject. Where before, I’d write and draw one gag, now you see me do four to eight. That’s how things are these days, at least.
