Our quilt for the Northcott Stonehenge Anniversary Solstice Block Challenge is now finished! We had so much fun creating this quilt, and we are so happy with how it turned out. Thank you to all of the shops who created the great quilt blocks!🐦🐁🧵 Photos were taken by the talented Elizabeth Mae Photography For our design, we were drawn to the rich greens and yellows of the Solstice fabrics. Out of the many blocks we collected from a variety of wonderful quilt shops, we selected blocks that unified both color and design. We focused on outlining the panel with four applique blocks, similar to those around it. They are the broken versions of the Hingeley Road Quilting, Quilter's Yard, A Great Notion Sewing Supply LTD., and Quilts & Treasures Inc. blocks. We enjoyed assembling the blocks, and love how each came together to create a unified quilt. Northcott’s Stonehenge Fabrics have such vivid colors and variety, we always enjoy selecting them for our quilts. #Stonehengefabrics #northcottfabrics #northcottblockparty Blocks from Left to right: WhipperSnappers Quilt Studio from Hallowell, ME Capital Quilts in Gaithersburg, MD The Fig Leaf from Fort Collins, CO Sew-n-Piece from Marysville, CA Birdhouse Quiltsshop in Byron, GA Sew Cute Quilting and Fabric Boutique and Fabric Boutique from Salem, OR Happy Apple Quilts from Tampa, FL High Prairie Quiltsuilts in Parker, CO Quilts & Treasures Inc. in East Longmeadow, MA Quilter's Yard from Junction City, KS Oklahoma Quiltworks from Oklahoma City, OK The Quilt Corner in Morton, IL Kelly J's Sewing Center & Quilt Shop in Colorado City, CO Hingeley Road Quilting from Floodwood, MN https://www.instagram.com/p/B1rqJhIgEmt/?igshid=1xlc9wtb76h1i
