After my walk yesterday finished in Threlkeld where I'm staying and I'd had a cuppa, I walked a bit of the old railway line á la Parkland in Finsbury or Castle Eden. Couldn't go far because the bridges were destroyed on the '15 flood, but what I did see was magical. Such peace! You can't even see what it's like from the summit, and as you go down, it keeps on giving.
