The Nostalgia Lounge & Bar Launches Signature Pancit
In celebration of its 11th Anniversary last September 9, Joy~Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila recently launched the Nostalgia Lounge & Bar’s newest dish – the Nostalgia Signature Pancit. I was privileged to be one of the first to try this upgraded Filipino classic when I got a surprise delivery from one of my favorite staycation hotels in the city.
One look at the package and I knew this was not just any ordinary pancit. Joy-Nostalg has always taken pride in the quality of their offerings, whether it be a cherished weekend stay in the hotel, or a memorable dinner at the Nostalgia Dining Lounge. Executive Chef Edgar Alejandria says that while they may not be able to create new memories with us personally now, they are still happy to be part of the memories we will create with our friends and family while enjoying their signature dish together.
This is definitely one exquisite pancit. The Nostalgia Signature Pancit is a signature of Filipino Hospitality: something comforting, familiar, yet one of a kind. It tantalizes your palate with the flavors of prawns, scallops, salmon, mahi-mahi, squid, and barbecued pork for a unique way to enjoy a traditional noodle dish with friends and family. I don’t think I have ever seen a pancit as loaded with meat and seafood as this one. It’s available for P1,499 nett per order which is good for 5 persons.
