Like today for lunch I’m having hummus I made from this recipe:

It’s great! I add more oil though and I put ground flax seed in it too! It made it thicker but thats OK. And I’ll have veggies and spelt flour crackers to eat with it!
And for supper I have this yummy dish my boyfriend made. It’s whole grain rice with chicken, onion, garlic, red pepper, and strained tomatoes!
