This is the second time that I’ve done a little reset before the holidays. I’m definitely an Abstainer (shout out to the @gretchenrubin fans!) which means it’s easier for me to say no to foods altogether than try to moderate. I started on October 30, which means I ate zero Halloween candy this year! 😮 (But must confess that I took a three-day break when I was at my sister’s house for Thanksgiving, during which I had a caramel brownie, a slice of apple pie, and the most amazing lemon cake ever.) Advance notice! I’m going to challenge myself from November 1st until Thanksgiving to eat no refined sugar.
