I just saw a preview of the AT Side Quests episode and ice king is kidnapping princesses again yes yes yes yes my braiinnn is going to ExploDE

Beat him up. Give him what he deserves. Punish him for his constant harassment of the female gender. EVERYONE hate him bc now noone knows his coool fucking backstory. I want to see him bonked on the head with a cast iron pot. I want to see him slipping on gunter like a banana peel.

Simon singing the Cheers theme song is so funny. I feel like little 7 year old marcy. "What is this?" It does a nice job of placing things / the mushroom war chronologically in regards to real life. "filmed before a live studio audience" always makes me lose my shit.

I like that all of it implies that simon either:

1. Knows an entire episode of Cheers (1982-1993) by heart

2. Can make up Cheers fanfic episodes on the fly to entertain his daughter

Judging by Ice King's "skill" in writing fanfiction, i think the second is probably more probable.

Then again, Ice king later on in the series DID say that the fiona and cake story ideas were Beamed Into His Head At Night, which would say something about him recalling entire episodes, BUT he has also been shown to write DogShit fanfic on his own that doesnt really track with the quality of the other fiona and cake episodes when compared to the epic fanfic that Marceline made in "Bad Little Boy."

It was probably a good thing that Marceline pressed "mute" on the soda can tv remote, lest we be exposed to Simon's god awful Cheers fanfiction.

Okay i do need to say this before I do my spider collecting night shift by the river but this fit:

Easily the worst outfit he wears.

If you need me i'll be wearing a headlight in the woods by the river getting swarmed by thousands of caddisflies and moths as i coax them to their soapy deaths using UV light. And also kidnapping spiders to freeze them to death and use them for science.
