I felt inspired today!! The sun was shining brightly and I was outside with my laptop and I knew it was time to write! I opened my doc, re-read the paragraph I'd gotten down for the next chapter, typed two sentences...... and my son opened the door screaming that he'd pooped his pants 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ and all inspiration (and free time) was gone. But hey, at this rate the next chapter will be out by 2030!
Zutara shouldvr happened

The parallels and character developments were more interesting and the characters had a better bond.
Even though my friend watched it first, I was still disappointed with Katara x Aang, I think Zuko and Katara had a far more interesting dynamic and it felt kind of like Aang and Katara just happend because it was originally planned.
Send me an unpopular (or popular) opinion and I’ll express my feelings on it

Hello yes Canada why is it snowing in the middle of April?
Ten Questions...
I was tagged by @wednesdaygilfillian Thank you for providing me with this fun little let’s-learn-about-each-other-while-in-isolation tag!
1. When you were little, what did you think you’d be when you grew up? Did your reality (or your future plans) come close to that? I wanted to be a cat. I thought I had fallen woefully short of this goal, but seeing as how a major part of my day now involves being distracted by the squirrels outside my window and sleeping lots, perhaps there’s still hope for me.
2. Do you think of yourself as an urban, suburban or rural person? I’m pretty urban, but I also really like camping and being out in nature so I suppose I’m fairly rural too. While I’m sure suburbia has it’s good points, I deeply dislike the suburbs and avoid them at all costs.
3. Do you decorate with carefully matched pieces, or are you eclectic? Can I say eclectic if my decoration style basically results from me being a broke-ass magpie?
4. Are you the photographer of your group/family, or do you want to be in all the photos? Photographer. I enjoy documenting things, but I hate being in pictures. Although to be fair, I don’t take a huge number of photos of people either.
5. Do your thoughts come to you in words (like conversations with yourself), or ideas (abstract, ideas, visions)? Some combination of all of those. I think I’m more word-based, but sometimes it’s also like a mix of a word and a visual, if that makes sense? Kind of like I’m half-hearing and seeing something out of the corner of my eye.
6. Do you have changing weather seasons where you live or a relatively continuous climate? Do you wish you lived in the opposite? We have notoriously distinct seasons here, and I love it. I think I might go nuts if I lived in a place where the climate was quite steady. While I complain about the extremes of the climate here, I actually also really enjoy them (though I enjoy the heat markedly less when I’m in the city). I love how different and pretty everything looks in each season (except for the Dregs of Winter, which we’re currently experiencing), and I love how different it just feels to be outside and different times of the year.
7. When you don’t have obligations, what is your ideal, natural time to get up? To go to bed? Oof my schedule is all over the place, but I’ve discovered that I like both early morning and late night. Though given that I tend naturally to late night, I tend to feel guilty about it, so I enjoy when I manage to wake up early.
8. Do you cook? Bake? Or do you prefer to have someone else to that? It’s clichéd to say I enjoy eating, but really the process is about the result for me when I’m in the kitchen. I’m trying to expand my culinary repertoire but it’s a slow process.
9. Which way do you put your toilet paper? Up and over so it hangs in front? Or dangling below? Does it bother you if it’s done the other way? In front! I’m no heathen.
10. If you had a lot of money, what would be the first selfish, frivolous thing you would do with it? (Not for other people, not for practical purposes, but fun and just because you want to.) I think I’d buy a lot of really expensive cheese and travel to Aotearoa/New Zealand.
I tag @bbcshipper, @anamarialujan and @swearronchanel and, following Wednesday’s lead, anyone else who sees this and wants to do it because the isolation boredom is real. Consider yourself tagged by me!
