heres the premise
there are 3 parts to a good day.
1: what did you create? art? song? conversation? did you build or engineer a solution?
2: what did you learn, actively? Not just listening to someone talk about how cuttlefish can camoflage, or watching a video on your fb timeline, but actually asking questions or doing research. Huh, how Does this work?? And seeking the answer. This could be a science question, or even learning how a piece of machinery from work works, or asking about someones day. The one thing: you actively have to ebgafe your mind, and decide to learn. Thats it.
3: adult. This is to make good habits. Make your bed, eat enough food, make good small talk, travel well.
Also included is social interaction. I value it highly, so it could be a wild card for any of these, through creating interactions, learning about someone, or taking care of your emotional health. A cast of characters may be alluded to. Probably not bc i have a rant blog for. Although this blog will get nothing different in terms of content or following, i plan to treat this one as if it had a following.
