Giving you a small sign of life - feel free to ask stuff! - here's three songs I associate with SolFef, cuz I was thinking about themヾ(•ω•`)o

Every time I hear it, I think about Sollux and Feferi struggling to really understand each other, understand each other. As I see it, the first verse is Feferi, and the second is Sollux, then it's them together - finally reaching that understanding. Also, I do think that, with me assigning it the way I did, it's rather telling that Feferi has "I've got my eyes on you" while Sollux gets "I've got my mind on you" XD Something, something, getting him but in a more... well, shallow isn't the exact word I'd use, but it's the one I have on me right now, so let's leave it at that.

In a somewhat similar vein, not gonna lie. These bitches struggle a lot. But I think it's, in a way, a bit lighter than Say Yes To Heaven. It gives me that sense of admiration, but also anxiety about entering a relationship with somebody. The mortifying ordeal of becoming known, y'know?

Or, like I assume most people call it, Kiss My Eyes And Lay Me To Sleep. It gives me that... Life/Death motif that I heavily associate with them for... well, pretty obvious reasons. But especially in my AU, since I empathize it more strongly. There's also the fact that they switch roles occassionally - in a very dramatic fashion, of course. It's kinda "doomed solfef the song" for me.

Given this is Homestuck we're talking about these should be a given, but just in case.

Depending on the nature of a question certain upsetting topics might be discussed or alluded to: death, gore, past toxic relationship.

This Feferi is based on an AU I'm working on, and, like I said, the fish is the same, but her story goes a bit differently.

I'm not willing to share everything here, though. I mean, where's the fun in me spilling everything right away? But the important things you need to know are: she's alive, on the meteor, and has a pretty big existential crisis. (And she's still dating Sollux).

And for AU reasons, some answers I can give, and some I might refrain from sharing. But then again. before I actually post that AU, most will likely be forgotten, lmao. So I guess it'll depend on my mood, sorry.
