No matter what happens, just remember, Byler will always be better than Milkvan. A story about a traumatized young gay boy finding love with his best friend of ten years will ALWAYS be a more important, impactful, interesting story than the main boy and main girl getting together after knowing each other for a week—a story that has been done a million times before and done much better might I add. Whether the creators chose to capitalize on Mike and Will’s relationship and chemistry, that’s up to them, but don’t let the people gaslight you. It WOULD be the superior ending for the show, and anything short of it will NOT be as good or as satisfying.
