I pulled a muscle last week, I’ve had low back pain the last two days from ICU rounds, and I crushed my fingers between the plates when racking up the weight minutes before the video. But those are all minor setbacks when there’s a PR on the horizon 🏋🏻♀️

hey yall, i changed the n/ů/de tag to "skin tone" to avoid being flagged or hidden by whatevers going on w this site. i read somewhere that posts tagging those words jus wouldnt show up pn ios users' dashboards at all. i hope my posts weren't hidden for too long lol hopefully the tag replacer i used worked.
