Is it alright for me to use these as phone lock screens?
Consider this a public service announcement: Yes, definitely! The semi-sentient beings which direct the owner of this blog in their art-making endeavors smile upon one-off uses such as phone lock screens, avatars, headers, and the like.
If, however, anyone were to attempt to pass off the typography as their own or to profit from the reproductions thereof, the aforementioned semi-sentient beings may become... irate. Trust that it is better for Night Vale, and, indeed, every small desert community, that these beings do not become irate.
