I'm a sucker for witches. Like coven where every member has a slightly different or focus. Like divining, potions and tinctures, communing with spirits (or animals), sigil making, cursing, blessing. The whole nine (haha get it, please laugh, help me pretend that I'm funny, please I'm begging of you).
I imagine that Chan makes potions, tinctures, magical shampoos, special lotions, he makes it all fresh to order by customer request. Woojin probably helps with good luck and blessings and similar good fortune type spells but his main role is making sure that the coven doesn't literally get blown up. Minho gets visions, he just knows things, he remembers things that haven't happened yet, he keeps a dream journal because of it and writes down every dream he has, he also dabbles in potions, there have been several terrible accidents. Changbin pretends he's an edge lord by helping with curses, but he always turns away any hardcore cases, any that would cause actual harm to the recipient of the curse, he mostly just prevents people from bothering his customers or makes someone lose their car keys a lot more than average and stuff like that, nothing dangerous just very inconvenient. Hyunjin divines, he lights some candles surrounds himself with crystals and he gets in the zone to divine with whatever method would be most appropriate, runes, tarot, pendulum, scrying, you name it, he does it. Han makes sigils for nearly everything, confidence, protection, invisibility, love, and the list goes and on. Felix helps spirits pass on, he has the natural ability to see and communicate with them without any extra steps. Seungmin just does spells, any general purpose spell, such as cleaning spells, but he also specificalizes in tricks, nothing dangerous just little pranks, like he knows how to make potions that will change someone's hair color at random, give someone animal ears, force someone to sing instead of speak. Jeongin is the collective apprentice, he works with plants more out of necessity than anything, like drying them and making sure they're all growing properly so that various ingredients can be harvested and used in various magical endeavors, and he dabbles in the crafts of his coven mates but he doesn't have a specific skill he prefers using and he doesn't have inherent abilities (beyond being able to channel magic).
I'm also a sucker for the fae, but like not just the pointy ears and fair skin, that's lame. Give me bean sidhes or give me death. Like obviously the fae look for the most part inhuman or ugly. Or are just like magical versions of regular animals (see: cat sìth). But artistic license is a thing that exists so *shrug*
