I noticed that you were looking for graphic novels on your MSWL. What are your requirements for querying a graphic novel? Do you prefer writer-only or writer-artist pairs?

It can go either way. I prefer to have an author and artist already teamed up when I set out to sell a project to a publisher; but on the other hand, that means I have to love both elements when the project is pitched to me. This is why graphic novels can be harder to successfully pitch, either way. But don’t let that deter you--I’m very eager to add some great graphic novels to my list!
